Wonder Girl 2022 Annual #1 follows Yara Flor as she attends a festival for a little fun on the town. When she bumps into her old flame, João, Yara soon realizes she's stumbled upon a plot to destroy Akahim.
Now that the Search For Barry Allen is over, it's time for the West Family to get back to a life that doesn't consist of jaunting around the Multiverse..... at least for now and while I wish that this issue tackled how Linda Park got her Speed Force powers, it looks like that might be something that's explained later on by what we see at the end of the issue, but for now, we'll take some time off, slow down and pick up a good book as Wally West peeks at what his wife has been writing in the background of this series. It's the end of our Warworld saga as Superman with the power of the Fire of Olgrum against the Mongul Who Is..... The only problem with that final showdown is, Superman's Phaelosian friend has betrayed him and Mongul has two children at the end of his blade and is willing to cut if Superman doesn't hand over the ultimate power.
