It's the big finale of the Dark Crisis Event. Is it any good? Let's find out...
Bits and Pieces:
Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths #7 talks a big game, but in the end, it felt like a wasted opportunity at best and a complete waste at worst. Dark Crisis was hardly an Event but was also hardly a story. No wonder DC Comics has already moved on to Lazarus Planet and left this behind before it was even finished.
4/10
The event must have been rewritten because as it stands it hardly makes any sense. It's not coherent at all. Looks like DC editorial is still a mess.
ReplyDeleteI agree - it's all over the place and really doesn't make sense from the beginning to the end!!!
DeleteYou're being very generous, this was the worst event in a long time from DC. I thought Snyder's second Metal was bad but Williamson was like "hold my beer, I can do much worse". And the problem is DC still doesn't have a clue what to do next. They don't understand that no one cares about the FS characters and they don't get that people actually like the Justice League and the original heroes, they don't want them gone. Judging by the news and solicits, they still won't get their shit together even next year. Why are they even selling comics at this point?
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to Green Arrow? When did he go missing? Did I miss something? 🤔
