We are almost at Fear State and with that, James Tynion seems to have one last chance to get his pieces in position.  A lot of people have remarked that his Batman book has become a bit too crowded and I can't argue with them.  Sometimes I am not sure if Tynion is more concerned with character creation than story, but the guy picked up some hardware at the latest Eisners so who am I to criticize?  Actually, I guess that's what I am here for so let's get into the latest issue of Batman, shall we?

Previously, we saw Synmar take out the entire Justice League, while Black Canary and Green Arrow fought the out of nowhere brother of Lois Lane and a fake Deathstroke for some reason but now it's time for Naomi to continue to show off her power. Let's jump into this issue and see if things have gotten better both in situation and story from where we were previously and also see what the Justice League Dark backup gives us this issue.
