Future State: Green Lantern #1 Review
No Power, No Problem
It's the year 2035 and the Green Lantern Corps.. or what's left of it is in a bad way. Mostly because there hasn't been a Green Lantern for some time, what with the power battery going down, but beyond that idea, it seems kind of mysterious about what actually happened to the emerald cops of the Universe. For this issue, we'll be seeing John Stewart for our main story and Jessica Cruz and Guy Gardner for the backups so let's get to as we take a peek into the Green Lanterns' future. Let's check it out.
Future State: Teen Titans #1 Review
Titans Turmoil
It's the year 2027 and like the Flash issue from last week, it looks like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are going to be the main focus of this year in DC's future..... Which honestly makes sense because the Horsemen shouldn't just be shlubs that can be brushed off all easy-peasy. So let's jump into this future and see what's up with our Teen Titans and what problems they have to overcome. Let's check it out.
Future State: Robin Eternal #1 Review

Times are tough for our Bat-Family.... or whatever's left of them but maybe Tim Drake will be able to turn the tide against this threat that has made him and all of his friends wearing a mask public enemy #1. Let's jump into this issue and see how far Robin has come along in five...... er... four years and if he has a chance in doing any damage in this battle against the Magistrate. Let's check it out.

Future State: Kara Zor-El Superwoman #1 Review
No One Is Born With Wisdom, And Some Never Learn It
Future State: Kara Zor-El Superwoman #1 follows the titular character after she relocates to the Moon to assume the role of protector of a large colony of displaced individuals. Kara struggles with her past, her unsettled conflict with the Kents (Jon and Clark), and her new role of protector over a colony that doesn't fully welcome her presence. When a refugee on the run from her own family issues crashes on the colony, Kara's burgeoning philosophy of "helping without harming" is put to the test. It's tons of emotional baggage. It's a lot of talking. It's Future State.

Future State: Superman / Wonder Woman #1 brings the future namesakes together to fight a visit from Solaris... but not exactly. Despite this comic being billed as a team-up story, the two characters barely interact with each other besides two mildly tense conversations. Each character has their own problems to deal with regarding the Sun (it gets a complicated) and each go about dealing with their problems in their own way. It's a disjointed story. It's a book with some rough art. It's Future State.
