Bruce Wayne has turned himself into the police, after figuring it's really the only thing he can do to get anything effectively done with all the crazy stuff going on.

And it's kind of ridiculous that they're a bit confused about his previous arrest. Wait, Bruce Wayne was arrested? He's only a billionaire that was the only person inside a Gotham PD precinct when it got blown to smithereens by another billionaire. Huh?

While in the tank for the weekend, a drunk guy recognizes Bruce and tells him that he knows he's Batman and tells him a story of how he knows this. This part is great because it was about 5 years ago, and Batman is in his classic blue and gray outfit. It's glorious. He's fighting the Joker while this gentleman is watching, and then after he takes off the cowl to get something out of his eye, not realizing this guy was there seeing the whole thing. But the drunk guy is drunk and passes out, and when he wakes up later he doesn't recognize Bruce.

This all takes up the majority of the issue, but in the end we have a little get-together of Worth and Penguin, teaming up to take out the Bat.

Bits and Pieces

This was a quick read and an enjoyable one. The art is great and it's cool to get Bats back into some old-school gear. And that's really it. Fast, fun, and forgettable (in a good way).

7.6/10
