It's Annuals Week and while some people call that, "See you next week", we here at the Weird Science Studios don't take weeks off. Days, yes, but not weeks. Well, maybe we take weeks off, but not months. Well, maybe we take...

What Hussein Said: I really did like this issue. It may be one of the best of the series, not just because of the action scenes, but also because it sheds some light on Honor's role as Talia's primary assassin, as well as the kind of person she used to be before she started her own family. This issue solidifies Honor as the best character in the New Age line.
Score: 8.5/10
Writer: Mairghread Scott
Art: Elena Casagrande, Jordie Bellaire, and Deron Bennett

What Reggie Said: A very creepy horror story that reintroduces a fan-favorite member of the Gordon family. While some scenes evoke other popular media, the issue as a whole reads very well, and perhaps rarest of all, the reader should be surprised by some of the happenings. I'm looking forward to what's going to happen in Batgirl going forward, which is a relatively new feeling.
Score: 8.5/10

Red Hood and the Outlaws Annual #2
Written By: Scott Lobdell
Art By: Clayton Henry, Marcelo Maiolo, Taylor Esposito, Neil Googe, Wade Von Grawbadger
Cover Price: $4.99
Release Date: August 29, 2018
What Eric Said: Scott Lobdell thanks all fans of this series and iterations of the team in this Annual issue by giving us answers to questions, callbacks, easter eggs and a bromance that I just can't get enough of. With decent art all the way through and a touching story that makes me fearful for one of our heroes' future going forward, this issue is definitely one you won't want to miss.
Score: 8.5/10
