Marvel Monday’s Melee Madness – Week of July 19, 2017
There was a
bunch of cool and noteworthy stuff I found hunting through the books this week. I even went ahead
and cheated a little bit and pulled a movie poster and a few DC moments along
for the ride until Jim gets his act together and does a DC version.
Also message to the Get Fresh Crew; you're all quick with suggestions about covers but we’re all severely lacking in the
suggestions for the moments column … trust me you don’t want me to be the
ultimate judge of whats cool or not, let me know what you think as well!

SPOILER ALERT from this point forward.
Yes this may be a Hulk title at heart but its caught smack dab in the middle of an X-Men-centric crossover. This opens up the possibilities for crazy visions of an evil X-Men team like we see above and I mean who doesn't love a drooling Wolverine lets be honest.
Secret Empire #6
I wont say Secret Empire is a good series you have to run to the store to buy and catch up on but there are a few good moments sprinkled among the drivel at times ... for example Thing for Hulk ... also dont ask how Hulk came back they dont tell you here.
Well this is something out of the just about anybody's nightmares. Who wants a giant man with spider legs coming after them. I know I sure as hell want nothing to do with this other than reading it for enjoyment thank you very much.
The Ultimates 2 #9
You can always count on the cosmic centered Marvel titles to deliver on some truly epic scenes in this weeks book. Hope everyone is up to date on their Ultimate universe history because its coming right back around.
Invincible Iron Man #9
Riri vs a legion of Doom bots dont mind if I do. Boy from glimpses of this picture I so do miss Doom's classic look.
Thor Ragnarok Movie Poster
Just look at that beauty would ya. I love the colors, the classic 80's Tron/Star Wars fonts and call me crazy but I love movie posters with a lot going on.
BONUS DC SECTION
Just observe two things above. 1.) Cyborg is actual human clothing, most notably cargo shorts, is just too much fun. 2.) If a woman looks at you with the face of that lady in the bottom panel you run, you run and dont look back.
