Huh! So this is still a thing? Is this a new form of long form storytelling. Two years later we will give you issue eight. If Action comics always came out this slowly DC would be up to issue 300. I bet Professor DC heard Miller say he wanted to write a Dark Knight IV and now they are dragging their heals on this story to prevent that from happening.
