There is a solicit for the ages!  Seriously, I think Mr. Solicit (there is such a guy, right?) must have called in sick that day and they asked the intern who keeps messing up the coffee order to write that.  Couldn't we get something along the lines of, "The Flash may be the Fastest Man Alive, but can he run at the speed of...LOVE?!?"  Bam!

Oh well, it really doesn't matter because I can't wait for this because I am a huge Flash fan and am sooooooooo interested to see what Joshua Williamson brings to the Flash now that he's cashing those giant novelty checks that I dream is just one of the many perks for signing exclusive.  Also included: a lifetime supply of leather jackets with tweed elbow patches (is that right?  Yea, sounds right to me) and lunch with Bob Harris.  That is one sweet deal!

Obviously, this preview is sans word bubbles, but I'm already hooked.  Carmine Di Giandomenico's art has the kinetic energy that I love in the Flash comic and while we have received shit from certain creators (*cough* Greg Rucka *cough*) in the past for these sorts of things hardly being "previews", this really gets me pumped for the issue.  Now, how can I get that lunch with Bob Harris?  I guess I'm going to have to start writing that comic I've been putting off.  "These were the best of times, these were the blurst of times..."
