Yep, the Riddler was the mystery man behind Barry Allen's latest bit of trouble, but I am not sure he has a claim to the "most dangerous man in Central City". Everyone who has been reading this book knows that title belongs to...Henry Allen. Yep, the Flash's Father may have finally been cleared of murdering his wife, but he is so much more. He's helped known felons escape from Iron Heights, was involved in a security guard's murder, tampered with evidence every chance he could and last issue he called in a favor that caused a huge prison break and riot. That is one bad dude! Let's see if the Riddler can keep up.
