If Eric is Face, then I'm Murdock! |
What the hell am I babbling on about? Well, this Wednesday, April 8th, sometime around 1:15 AM EST we will be contributing to Dynamic Forces' Comic Collectible Show on the EVINE Live Channel. It will be live, so we will indeed have to stay up later than I have since Final Fantasy 7 came out. That's a whole bunch of years, folks!
We will get a video of our "performance" and will post it on the site afterwards and I'm sure we will be talking about it on next week's podcast...which is NOT called Weird Out Loud. In the meantime, I am putting links for the two items they will be selling around our appearance. So, if you are up at 1:30 AM and have seen all the COPS reruns you can take, check us out.

Just a little note: We are not being compensated whatsoever for this. We really do want to sell out, but I guess we will have to wait a little longer to do that. Nope, we are doing this because it sounds like fun and Eric wants to spread the eye-patch and bandanna look to the masses.

In 1967, television history was made when two masked crime fighters met in a historic crossover. Now, superstar filmmaker Kevin Smith and actor/comedian Ralph Garman bring these two iconic characters and their famous partners together again. Batman, The Green Hornet, Robin and Kato must go up against a very different General (formerly Colonel) Gumm. What crime could be so deadly as to force these rivals to put aside their differences and join forces again? And what surprise does Gumm have up his sticky sleeve? If you can't make it to a convention to get your copies signed, here's a great way to receive by ordering through your retailer. Co-published with DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT.

See you then and please be kind to Eric...his Dad is dead.
I thought television had hit its lowest common denominator with World's Wildest Police Farts but it seems like human ingenuity has delved deeper into society's moist, darkened crevasse and come up with something even more rank. Thank goodness this will air during the "smokers and tokers" block and not after school where the two of you could do some real harm. Good luck--I won't be watching, but I'll be scanning headlines the next day to find out which family-oriented organizations have condemned you!
